Jo we really needed all Sublime had to offer.  After working 6-7 day weeks and
then our wedding we just wanted accomodation that was quiet, traquil
and clean.  Well we got all of that and more.  Not often people read what
others need and it was nice to be just able to relax without knocks on the
door everyday, just being left to enjoy Paihia and the local hospitality. 
Would highly recommend Sublime to all.

Location was great -close to beach, supermarket, yet “away from noise”. Jo
is also one of the best assets of Sublime – she is efficient, obliging,
considerate & knowledgeable on local areas.  Although not a new ultra
modern unit – unit had everything we needed, clean, well maintained and
attracts a good clientele – eg families & “good neighbours” – another
plus.  Will recommend the sublime paihia without hesitation.

The Apartment was very clean and tidy when we arrived and well equiped
and the complex was generally good.

However the best thing about the service you guys provide is how
friendly and helpful you all were which is why i give a 5 rating. Thanks for letting us stay, hope to see you guys again.

27 Nov 06 Our week long stay at the Sublime Apartments was most enjoyable and Jo
and Mark were friendly and attentive.  Cannot fault the close-to-town location (The hill is a ‘workout’ when walking back up though) but the picturesque strolls to town were easy.
Along with the comfort of knowing our car and possessions were safely back at the complex. An important factor for overseas visitors.  The abundant native birdlife (Tui, Morepork, Fantail etc)around the buildings was a definie bonus too.
